Credit cards are unfortunately not easy to deal with. We use a very robust solution for payment processing called Braintree, same one used by Uber, Lift and many other companies. We use their super secure integration that means your credit card numbers and details never reach us, they go directly to Braintree.


When you try to enter a credit card number and associated details and it fails we get almost no information about the problem (often, we get literally no information about the problem). To be able to troubleshoot a credit card information, please:

  1. Try entering your details again.
  2. Take note of the UTC time at that moment (http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_UTC.aspx)
  3. Call your credit card provider and ask them about the problem. Most likely they'll be able to solve it for you.
  4. Contact us with the time, the error and what the bank said and we'll take it from there.
